Refund Policy

JobShield offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a purchase — a check pack or an unlimited subscription, monthly or yearly — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your purchase receipt email. Paddle's handling of refunds is described in Paddle's Refund Policy.

If you cancel a subscription, it stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for — you won't be charged again after that. Cancelling and requesting a refund are separate: cancelling stops future renewals, while a refund returns money for a recent purchase.

If a refunded purchase included check credits, those credits are removed when the refund is completed.
